At the end of the golf season, many rounds of golf over many months may cause some aches and pains in your low back. Finish the season strong with these three stretches after every round:

    Place your foot in a strap (or towel) and pull gently down, so the thigh bone draws toward the hip, and the hip and low back ground gently onto the floor. It is OK to keep your knee slightly bent. Hold for up to 10 breaths.
