Airplane Pose – Journey headfirst into another season.

Press one foot solidly into the ground and firm your leg muscles all the way up to your hips. Draw in your abdomen, lean forward and lift your other leg directly behind you. Keep your hips even and chest and shoulders forward and steady. Reach your collarbones back and wide, arms flying behind you, palms down. Breathe. No oxygen mask necessary.
